1. My water has a strange taste. Can you test it? Should I bring in a sample?: Our office can test for nitrates and bacteria. We do these tests on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for a nominal fee. Further testing can be done at a certified laboratory. To test water, we take a sample from your kitchen sink to ensure that the proper sampling procedures are followed. We also do a well evaluation at the same time.

2. How often do I have to pump my septic tank?: Septic tanks should be checked annually. We recommend pumping them every five years or as needed.
