This Hazard Mitigation Plan is a guide for Ellis County citizens to prepare for possible natural disaster events by taking action to help mitigate the effects of potential hazards. The plan was prepared for Ellis County and participating local jurisdictions through the efforts of the Mitigation Planning Committee (MPC) in conjunction with E-Fm Consulting, LLC.
